MAIN LOCATION: The majority of our condominiums are at our Main Location at 215 5th Avenue. About one half block off of Main Street, the shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance. Amenities including a hot tub, sauna, laundry facilities and a barbecue pit on the premises.

GRANDVIEW LOCATION: Just as the name implies, the view from our Grandview condominiums is spectacular. Study the waterfalls and mining history on the mountains across the valley from the front picture window. The back deck or patios are built around the foundation of an old mining mill and the mountains shoot straight up from here! Across the street, the new "River Walk" path follows the Uncompahgre River for a relaxing evening stroll. Approximately 3/4 of a mile from the center of town our Grandview location allows you to have it all.

CASCADE LOCATION: Our Cascade Condominiums are less than three blocks from the center of town and have fabulous views of either the Amphitheater mountains on the East or Mount Hayden to the South. The condominiums are less than five blocks from the Ouray Hot Springs Pool & Ice Park. Located on 2nd Street between 7th and 8th Ave.

Rivers Edge Motel - A quiet, peaceful location among towering trees in Ouray with the River's song to sleep by. The only lodging in Ouray with covered parking for motorcycles; plus the street is paved all the way to the motel with a paved parking lot.
