Conejos Cabins is located on the banks of the Conejos River. Each cabin features complete kitchens, individual BBQ grills and picnic tables. The large family cabin has 3 bedrooms, large kitchen and living area and can sleep up to 12 people. Our 2 bedroom cabins can accommodate up to 8 people and our 1 bedroom cabins can sleep a maximum of 4 people. Kitchens include dishes and cooking utensils. All 2 or 3 bedroom cabins have wood-burning fireplaces.
The 8 pull-through RV parking spots have full hook-ups with electric, water and sewer connections. The RV spaces measure approx. 20' or 30' wide by 45' long.
The town of Platoro, established in 1885, is located at 9,950' above sea level in the Conejos River valley. Platoro is surrounded by the 1.8 million acres of the Rio Grande National Forest and the South San Juan Wilderness Area. The area is ideal for any kind of outdoor activity. Spend the day hiking to the numerous high mountain lakes in the area or take a Jeep or ATV on one of the numerous trails around Platoro. Some of the best fishing and hunting in Colorado is literally at your door step when you stay at Conejos Cabins.
