    Right across from the 18-hole Grandote Golf Course on the south edge of La Veta along Highway 12, the Scenic Highway of Legends. The Cuchara River runs through our property for fishing. Some people refer to this area as God's Country. It is really amazing.

    All 20/30/50 amp full hookups. FREE WI-FI (high speed wireless internet). Big rigs welcome. All our sites are gravel with grass around each spot. We have a small fly shop we sell fishing licenses and tackle, t-shirts, candles, gifts, etc. A new hospitality room with restrooms, showers, washers and dryers. Picnic tables. Central campfire area and BBQ with horseshoe pits. Hunting in fall. Winter sports nearby. The Great Sand Dunes National Park is 90 minutes away.

    Ranch House Inn: Small motel with large rooms all air conditioned with views, on the South side of La Veta. FREE WI-FI. All are non-smoking!

    Location: From Walsenburg take Highway 160 approximately 12 miles, then turn left on Highway 12 to La Veta. Go thru La Veta and you will see Grandote Peaks Golf Course, we are on the right across from their entrance. We're on the edge of town going toward Cuchara.
