Cherry Creek State Park
We are a full service public outdoor range offering pistol shooting, rifle shooting at 50 yards and 100 yards, shotgun shooting and archery. Our shotgun ranges include pedestal trap and American trap. We also have patterning boards.

Firearms Training Classes: The Family Shooting Center is proud to staff NRA Certified Instructors and Coaches to provide you with the safest and highest quality instruction available. We offer a full range of courses to meet your shooting needs.
Summer Trap League: League will take place beginning Wednesday evenings initially at 6:00 pm. A maximum of 30 participants will be accepted for league. Participants compose teams of 3-5 shooters. Shooters will be competing for both individual and team trophies and prizes. There will also be optional individual and team money purses every week. Trophies and prizes will be based on total participation. Silver will be awarded periodically.
Please Note: Eye and ear protection are required at all times on the ranges and are available for sale if you don't have your own.
We welcome groups, however if there are more than 12 of you, please call and make reservation so we can be sure to have all the equipment and space available.
Open 7 days a week (some holidays excluded and weather permitting).
Hours: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 7:00 pm Saturday; and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday. Call the office 303-680-5401 if the weather is questionable.
