Completely furnished 2 story home "on the snowmobile and cross-country ski trail" and beside the privately stocked Sun Valley Lake. This Swedish Mountain Home built in 1991 -- can sleep up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms (4 queen bedrooms, 3 twin bed rooms) with 2 full baths. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, trash compactor and 14 person dining room table; the adjacent great room with river rock fireplace also has a complete entertainment center: TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. The home also includes a washer and dryer. The large deck features a gas grill and allows you to watch the local wildlife: hummingbirds, geese, ducks, elk and moose that frequent the area.

Private lake -- no license needed. Fishing boat and canoe with life jackets. The sandy beach offers a great place to wade in the water or build a sand castle.

GREAT FOR REUNIONS -- can handle up to 14 people in 7 bedrooms (4 queen bedrooms, 3 twin bed rooms) with 2 full baths. Call 303-235-0534 we are happy to work with you.

4 night minimum. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Summer rates (June 1st-Sept. 31st) $500/night; all other dates $450/night.
