    Moose Trax Manor is a lakefront vacation home offering a fully appointed gourmet kitchen nestled between Rocky Mountain National Park and Arapahoe National Forest at the headwaters of the Colorado River. It sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 bedrooms with two baths (one with a steam shower, the other with a Jacuzzi tub and shower). The master bedroom has a king size bed and is on the main floor. The home features 27 foot tall ceilings, a stone fireplace, plus satellite TV, VCR, stereo, bed linens, towels and game tables. Outdoors you have two lakeside decks, plus BBQ/picnic area.

    A fishing license is not required on Sun Valley Lake. New boat and life jackets provided (at your own risk). Hike, bike, ATV and snowmobile all from your front door. You are walking distance to both the National Forest and the Colorado River Headwaters for some great fly-fishing.
