Newly contracted Riverfront townhomes three blocks from historical downtown Salida. These townhomes feature elegant finishes and overlook the Arkansas River.

Although gold-seekers first settled here, The Arkansas River brings kayakers, rafters, and anglers back year after year. Not to mention the skiing, snowmobiling and ATVing in the Collegiate Peaks. Hot Mineral Springs are spread throughout the Arkansas Valley including the Salida Hot Spring Public Pool.

One master suite has a king bed, private bath and deck overlooking the river. The second master suite has two queen beds and private bath. The family room has a fireplace, entertainment center and leather queen size sofa sleeper. The large deck off the dining room has a gas grill so you can grill your catch for dinner. There is a 32 inch flat screen TV in each room with Direct TV.
